Ever wonder what owls do at night in a forest? What sounds do they make? How do they eat? Well, now you can find out! On October 28th at the Gallogly Nature Sanctuary in Grand Island, join experienced birders from Buffalo Audubon Society, the Western New York Land Conservancy, and WNY Young Birders for a Halloween Spooktacular Owl Prowl and learn why owls are some of the coolest birds around. Come see them in their native habitat. Bonus: Spooky stories and songs! Cider! Donuts! Halloween costumes optional but welcomed. This event will be fun for the whole family.
